I am 20 now..n I have completed my mbbs first yr..

Maritial Arts is a form of self defense mechanisms....which we learn. And takes lot of practice. And Martial arts and Art & craft are not one and the same

Any class that can help to bring out the inner potential of the child, i think is recommended. Classes that help in improving ones communication skills and public speaking could be opted.
