I have been studying and practising Yoga since 10 years and it has had a tremendous impact on my lifestyle. I have taken an oath to share my knowledge, spread awareness and build a better lifestyle for every individual through the practise of yoga.

I believe Yoga is a balanced practice of physical exercise, breathing control and meditation that can reduce psychosocial distress as well as improve cardiovascular and cognitive function. Yoga may prove to be a practical adjunct to a healthy lifestyle.

I teach different yoga practices for people of different age groups, starting from the age group as young as 10 years old, people with different medical problems and pregnant women.
