Hi! I’m Bhavika, a Pilates coach and psychologist with a deep passion for movement, the human mind, and holistic wellness. I’ve been dancing since childhood, and over the years, my journey into fitness has evolved into a beautiful blend of Pilates, dance flows, and strength training.

My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Psychology, which has given me a strong understanding of the connection between mental and physical well-being. I believe fitness is not just about the body—it’s equally about the mind, and that belief shapes the way I teach.

I’ve been teaching Pilates and fitness for the past 2 to 3 years, and during this time, I’ve developed a unique style of training that’s both fun and functional. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, my sessions are designed to challenge and energize you.

My approach to fitness is integrative. I love creating dance-inspired movement flows, combining them with core-strengthening Pilates routines and elements of weight training to keep things engaging. It’s this creative mix that makes my sessions feel more like a movement experience than just a workout.

Currently, I conduct online classes only, and I prefer working with individuals or small groups to maintain personal attention. My sessions are tailored to each client’s goals and energy levels, ensuring everyone gets the best out of their time with me.

At this point, I do not offer additional materials or recorded content, but I make sure every session is interactive and clear, helping clients understand not just the "how" but also the "why" behind every movement.
