IdentityI have been actively practing and training in yoga since 2012. I am a certified Yoga instructor and have taught several students both online and offline till date. I have extensively researched on Yoga as a free form of movement therapy. Since,mental health is of utmost priority, I focus in helping students lead a peaceful stress free life by using tools and techniques of Yoga. Each student's curriculum is designed after an extensive survey and is made as per the needs and requirements of an individual.
