Dear Akash, There are so many IDEs or program editors availabel to suit different tastes and needs. I personally use Netbeans as its opensource, free and is very standard. You may program Laravel in any IDE. Different IDEs may offer different plugins to enchace your coding environment like syntax checking, reference to functions, FTP support and project maintaining capabilities.
