I am Azhar, a certified personal fitness trainer with over a decade of experience in weight management, weight loss, straightening, functional workouts, and stability training. My journey in the fitness industry has been shaped by a deep passion for promoting health and well-being.

With certifications from Gold's Gym and Proton Personal Trainer, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my clients. My commitment to fitness extends beyond the gym, as I was once a sportsperson representing the state of Karnataka in cricket. Now, my mission is to empower people to lead healthy and active lives.

I have a rich professional background, having served as a personal trainer at Gold's Gym and later as a branch manager for three years. Currently, I am in the process of setting up my own gym center, where I aim to create a supportive and motivating environment for individuals on their fitness journeys.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of training more than 1000 clients, each with unique fitness goals. My approach to training encompasses both online and offline sessions, providing flexibility for clients to choose the mode that suits them best. Sessions typically last between 45 to 60 minutes, focusing on practical workouts that deliver tangible results.

My coaching philosophy centers around functional fitness, emphasizing exercises that improve daily movement patterns and enhance overall stability. Whether your goal is weight management, weight loss, or improving functional strength, I am dedicated to guiding you on your fitness journey.
