IdentityI have accumulated 4+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer at District and Sessions Court, Kottayam, Kerala which allowed me to acquire and constantly exercise the legal skills through which I will be able to interact with legal aspirants to gather, learn and analyze research data, such as statutes, legal precedents, articles which will suit your requirement for legal faculty.
I have done my post graduation in law from Department of Law from Central University of Kerala in 2019 with a specialization in criminal law and Constitutional law. During my academics I had actively participated and secured better positions in legal competitions like Moot Court competitions and other Debate competitions and was engaged in legal research works and paper presentations on Women and Law.
And also I am having a 4 year experience in dealing with Civil, Criminal, Property related matters, Consumer disputes, SERFASI, CMA ,EP, NI , Matrimonial disputes, crime against women, POCSO cases during my course of legal practice. I am also attached as one of the Resource Person for National Women’s Commission from Kottayam District which mainly focus on women and children where I have experience in dealing with POCSO victims and delinquents. In connection to this I had opportunity to take legal awareness classes to NSS cadets in schools explaining them about child rights and offences against children, and legal awareness to women especially to CDS workers, police officials school teachers, etc. I am also one of the Panel lawyers at District Legal Services Authority, Kottayam.
