IdentityI am an ACE-certified personal trainer with over seven years of experience in the fitness industry. Before starting my fitness career, I worked in an IT company. Throughout my career, I have worked in various gyms, including Gold gym, Arrow Fitness, and Body language Gym centre. Additionally, I have attended local bodybuilding competitions and trained many clients in weightlifting and bodybuilding. I have obtained Level 1 and Level 2 ACE certifications, which have helped me become a more knowledgeable and effective personal trainer. One of my proudest accomplishments in the fitness industry is winning the Best Weight Lifter award at Body Language Gym.
I was always interested in fitness, and my passion for it grew. Eventually, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a fitness trainer. I specialise in teaching Personal Training, Fitness High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and strengthening exercises. My offline training sessions usually last an hour.
My training sessions are practical-oriented, and I always tailor them to meet my client's specific requests. Customisation is the key to a successful fitness journey. I provide recommendations on nutritional charts to help my clients achieve their fitness goals faster. I am always happy to meet new clients and discuss their fitness journey. My fitness career has been incredibly fulfilling, and I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to help people improve their health and well-being.
