Brief about Myself:

I am currently playing the role of Scrum Master & Project Manager in my current organization, with 4 years of training & 15 years of consulting experience in IT. I have extensive background as a scrum Master having more than 9 years of experience in this role.

I give online trainings since 5 years in Agile, Scrum Master, Communication skills, Leadership skills, Project Management trainings both for individuals & corporate level

My day to day Responsibilities include:
o Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers

o Guide the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum framework

o Guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel.

o Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

o Manage product life cycle for the roadmap items for timely delivery and closure of epics

o Track, publish and report on initiatives from planning to release with appropriate dashboards in DevOps


I have been a Certified Scrum Master, PRINCE 2 Certified practitioner for the last 8 years and an ALP certified leader for the last 5 years.
