I have worked in few outreach programs wherein I was out teaching the government school students. I experience joy when I see the spark of learning in a student and their happiness when I successfully help them understand a concept. I have tried to adapt to diverse methods of teaching so that each and every student according to their caliber have understood the concepts. At first I felt that teaching is a tough job as it requires utmost patience to handle a myriad range of personalities and behaviors', but I was able to leave out all the differences and teach the students. I was happy about the profound impact I made on the students lives and hope to continue to do so.
