There are one set of people who gets angry for anything and everything. They earn more enemies than friends. People avoid such persons. There is another set of people, like nursing assistants in hospitals, or executives in banks where public dealing takes the best part of their day / career. This is a professional hazard. At the end of the day, people get mentally more tired than physical stress. Continuous exhibition of angry leads to breakdown in communication, relationship, increased conflict and so on. My training helps a great deal in both managing self in anger control and also handle others with whom we encounter daily.
