This is a very common question When somebody comes at the level to start speaking. Such obstacles are faced.

Actually, I don't have an idea like at what level do you hold as an English. But if you have a good knowledge of English grammar. you can start speaking first with yourself for a long time repeatedly. Once you come in such practice your excitement will come out with confidence to talk to somebody.

And then your journey will start to talk with people.
