IdentityI am personal freelance trainer .I have 7 years experience of success and failures in body building ,i bring up the failures when i talk about my journey in body building because i learned a lot from my failures and i am here to help you guys not to make mistakes which i did during course of journey,my idea of body building is hard work in the gym combined with body anatomy ,because at the end of the day body is science and to achieve your goals you need to know body anatomy. I dedicated many years to understanding human anatomy and incorporated these learning into my training and result was beautiful looking bodies ,happy /satisfied clients.
