IdentityI am a seasoned yoga instructor with a deep-rooted passion for holistic well-being. I hold a Master’s degree in Yoga Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya, which has provided me with a strong foundation in the principles and practices of yoga. Over the past 4 years, I have had the privilege of working with Cultfit healthcare pvt ltd, where I honed my skills and gained good experience. In addition to this, I have also conducted corporate yoga sessions with Yogami.fit, helping professionals achieve balance and mindfulness in their work lives. My journey has also included offering personalized yoga sessions, both in group settings and one-on-one, catering to the unique needs of each individual. Furthermore, I have 2 years of experience in gym and strength training, allowing me to integrate strength and conditioning principles into my yoga practice for a well-rounded approach to fitness and wellness.
