Which is better python, java or php? Which one is best? What are the scopes in python?

There is nothing better, prettier, easier than python. Python has got lot of scopes which are just not limited to scripting. Python is widely used in application development, server programming, web development, scripting , automation to name few.

C ,C++, JAVA ...Android is an OS in which UI code is in a JAVA and low level code is in C , C++

Why C language is still available in market, while so many & much easier languages are available ?

Because program written in c executes much faster ..thats y low level code interacting with hardware or where performance is a critial issue is written in c . Complete linux kernel code is a example ...And at UI level u can use any other language like JAVA
