"I have been a part of batch 7 and very fortunate at that. Dirish is a very able and astute mentor who has designed the 6 week programme in a beautiful way ensuring step by step learning without being overwhelming. The basics of how to write a speech, structure and scripting were explained in a simple and lucid manner. The 6 Sundays gave me a chance to deliver speeches in front of an audience, allowing me to work on my stage fear and self consciousness. Throughout the week Dirish works with the students in fine tuning the speech and is always available for any guidance. His mentoring is effective because he sees every student as an unique individual with his own strengths and weaknesses, not by using the same approach for all. I got a chance to work on my delivery and with the personalised feedback by Dirish, every week I was able to improve considerably. The practical experience of delivering in front of an audience was invaluable, cannot be achieved by reading self help books or online courses. I thank Dirish for an unforgettable experience. "

"It was indeed a great experience during the entire session. Each passing session gave me more confidence in terms of overcoming my fear and inhibitions which I had towards the public speaking. Mr. Dirish’s personal attention to each participant makes the sessions very conducive for learning. His approach towards mentoring is really commendable and he is the right person to be contacted if one really wishes to evolve as a better and confident speaker. "I have been dealing with public speaking fear since my school days. My current role at my organization as an Individual contributor requires me to collaborate with people from various countries. I felt the need for honing my public speaking skills to be an effective speaker while giving presentations. After a lot of research, I enrolled for Dirish Mohan’s “Own the stage” program and I am really happy with my decision. If you are a professional I would highly recommend you to join this 6 week offline program which helped me understand what it takes to be a good public speaker. Dirish works with each person individually to help them overcome their shortcomings. He has 15+ years of experience on stage and teaches his mentees the tips and lessons he learnt over 15 years.
