Yes, you can take classes online.Minimum requirement is, a Laptop or a Desktop, good Internet connection and Any video supporting tools like Skype which is free.Even there are paid tools as well for supporting online classes as well.

And finally, you should have your content ready online either in the form of word document,PPT, spreadsheet .Once you are ready with these requirements, you are good to start your online classes.

The fee depends on the type of coach we hire. Whether unrated, FIDE rated(FM, IM, WIM, WGM and GM, etc.), depending on thier title and experience, the fee varies.

Also, maybe for a five-year-old student, we may not need an overqualified coach. However,the fee is dependent on the distance. The coach needs to travel and other related things.

Generally, the fee is decided per class basis, and from that, we can calculate the monthly payment accordingly.

Fee for 1-1 chess home tutor depends on the following factors:
1) Type of coach that is an Unrated Coach, a FIDE rated Coach or a Titled Player like FM, IM, GM, WGM, etc.
2) The number of hours per class. Generally, it is from 1 to 1 and half hour duration.
3) The distance that a coach needs to travel.
