I am a professional swimming coach with 12 years of experience, dedicated to training individuals in water safety, technique improvement, and competitive swimming. With a BA degree and a strong background in professional swimming, my journey has been fueled by a passion for the sport and a commitment to helping others master it. I began my career working with the Sports Council in Kerala, where I trained aspiring swimmers and helped them develop both skill and endurance. In 2015, I took on the role of swimming teacher at Rajagiri High School, where I worked with students of different age groups, refining their techniques and preparing them for competitions.
As a National Medalist (2014), I bring firsthand experience in high-level competitive swimming, enabling me to guide students through the discipline, training methods, and strategies required to excel in the sport. My coaching approach focuses on strength building, stroke correction, and endurance training, ensuring that swimmers develop both speed and efficiency.
Currently, I conduct offline, practical training sessions, where I work closely with students to help them improve their swimming skills. Whether someone is a beginner learning basic strokes or an advanced swimmer aiming to refine technique, my sessions are tailored to individual needs. I believe in a hands-on, interactive approach, ensuring that students get real-time corrections and guidance to enhance their swimming performance. My training covers breathing techniques, stamina building, and competition readiness, helping swimmers gain confidence in the water.
