Skilled in various martial arts such as Karate, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wushu Grappling, Thai Boxing, Muai thai and Gymnastics. Certified dietitian, nutritionist, and weight loss trainer. Proficient in communication and software programs from 15 years of corporate experience. Experienced in maintaining records, building maintenance, MIS, and dashboards using Excel. Holds a Bachelor's degree and is a proud family man with two children. Can provide valuable guidance in martial arts, self-defense, nutrition, and weight loss to organizations and individuals..

Moreover, I have worked as a personal trainer in many societies and apartments across Delhi during my starting days of coaching. I have also worked as an MMA Coach at the Prozvo Fit Gym in Puth Khurd, Delhi, as well as a personal trainer at the Omex Triple C Apartment in Bahadurgarh and the SKY Sports Club in Sector 6, Bahadurgarh.
