1- If you see something you notice it with your eyes whether you want or not .eg-I saw that terrible accident.
2-look at- it mean to turn your eyes deliberatly toward something. eg- she was looking at beautiful rainbow.
3-Watch- it mean you look at something that is happening or moving for a period of time. eg- Today we are going to watch live match at stadium.
