My classes are thoughtfully structured into four stages, beginning with a thorough warm-up to prepare the body, followed by a sequence of yogasanas for physical alignment and balance. The incorporation of pranayama techniques brings focus to breath and promotes mental clarity. Finally, the session concludes with a full-body stretch, ensuring a well-rounded practice that nurtures the complete well-being of my students. Through this holistic approach, I aim to empower individuals to cultivate a sustainable and enriching yoga practice in their lives.
My passion for yoga started at the age of six, and over the years, it has evolved into a remarkable journey. In addition to my teaching expertise, I proudly achieved the title of a national player, participating in the 37th National Games and securing the 4th position.
