Hi Ronak,
It depends on the country in which you intend to go to. For example, countries like Germany provide perfect scholarships for masters programs. You can check out DAAD if you are interested in research.
For MBA, as Sudarshan replied, the experience is a crucial factor. GMAT and GRE scores are of importance, but a good CGPA, preferably above 8 to 8.5, would be good. Same goes with CAT too. IIMs and ISBs demand high CGPA apart from the percentile that you have scored.
