After completing my Bachelor in Fine Art from the University of Burdwan I joined The University of Hyderabad for my Masters in Fine Arts.After completing my Masters in Painting from the University of Hyderabad in the year 2014, I have done many exhibitions at Hyderabad and continued my art practice over here at Hyderabad in my own studio till March 2015.Then for very obvious reason I joined a school and continue the job till October 2015.Previously I have done two years of teaching in school as a part-time. Now I am searching for a better teaching opportunity for at least next two years.
I always very much fond to teaching art and want to stay in this academics in further as teacher or lecturer of Art. Teaching art to people always gives me a lot of motivation and ideas to develop my own art practice. It’s never boring or monotones’.
I don’t believe spoon feeding in art teaching. That doesn't help children at all.I always try to create a space and an atmosphere of art that could help children to understand and develop the creative mind. Art always need freedom to express. Though I believe every children are artist but art in schools are not to make children a professional artist, it’s to develop their mind and imaginations and also being creative in not only art but also in their whole life. A creative mind always very helpful to understand the world and judge them perfectly. It’s enhanced their acceptance in many ways in their life. Its overall helps them to be a better human being in future. Like the great quote of Picasso-
“Every child is an artist, the problem is staying an artist when you grow up...”
