IdentityI have been working as a pre primary teacher for the past ten years. To improve the reading skills of the children I have started phonics classes.
Phonics is a method of teaching children how to read and write. It's all about letters and their sounds in a language. Knowing the sounds of letters and letter combinations will help the child to decode words as he reads.
Children between 3-8 years can attend these classes. Since teaching is in a playful method children enjoy reading. There is no stress on the child. Worksheets will be provided according to the child's interest and level of reading.
A child can read simple sentences in a month. He / she can read storybooks in 3 to 4 months. There is tremendous improvement in children who are attending my classes.
