Overview

I've been working out for more than 3 years. My journey started when I got really disgusted by my weight and appearance. Made a conscious decision to change it and so far the journey has been rewarding :D I've learnt so many things, made mistakes and i'm still learning. I love helping people out because I had no one to help me and I don't want that to happen to people who really need the help. Currently i'm training 3 of my friends and they totally depend upon me for their fitness needs. (Both blessing and a curse :P) If you feel you have lost all hope, don't worry I went from 80 kgs (my worst) to 63 kgs (my best) all through self learning and hard work and I can help you with all your needs (Fitness regime, diet etc) without you having to worry about what to do except for following everything that I say to the letter. Only then you'll see results. The thing is following it is very simple but maintaining the same status quo is difficult. You choose.

Hi The best way to lose weight is to rein in your diet, exercise, adequate rest. Most of all, you need to have consistency. Diet - Get rid of junk, go into calorie deficit, increase your metabolism. Exercise - Any type freeletics, gym workout etc but with proper form (crucial) Rest - Everything has to be a balance, can't overdo training too. Get adequate amount of rest. Ultimately all of this has to be done consistently. Then and only then you will see results.

You're stressed alot from your work, personal life? 3. You've been neglecting to drink water? 4. Utter lack of sleep? Now, the best way to tackle it is 1. Ensure you get adequate (7-8) hours of sleep. 2. Ensure you're well hydrated (water and not sodas) throughout the day. 3. Ensure that you've been having food regularly at the right intervals. 4. Ensure that you're not stressing out yourself too much and try to relax. Give yourself a break. Nobody's Superman, everybody's human. :) Hope this helps.
