I am certified Acharya in Ashtanga Yoga and kundalini yoga/tantra from kaulantak peeth, India. Also master teacher, ryt500 certified by world yoga organisation in power yoga. i have been taking studio classes for over an year. Have not taken online classes as yet, this will be my first time.
