Given: s = ut-1/2gt^2 i) Make g, the subject of the formula. ii) Find g, when t=10, s= 10 and u=50.

i) (1/2)gt² = ut - s so, gt² = 2ut - 2s=> g = 2(ut - s)/t² ii) g=9.8

100-100/100-100 = 10^2-10^2/10(100-100) = (10+10)(10-10)/10(10-10) = 20/10 = 2
