For last 4 year working for an national and international NGO which is responsible for skill building of government school teachers across our country India around teaching pedagogy and it delivery mechanism focusing toward all-round development of child to get equipped with 21 century skill set and be aligned how his/her learning going to contribute building career perspective.

Also for my work toward digitization as learning aid USAID front line magazine Feb 2017 edition published about me and my intervention at Surat government primary Marathi school situated near Bombay market.
