I am Upasana Trivedi a dedicated yoga teacher and Bharatanatyam dancer with over three years of experience in guiding individuals towards holistic well-being. My journey in yoga began with a deep interest in its transformative power, leading me to specialize in various practices including pranayama, meditation, face yoga, mudras, and pressure points.

In my yoga classes, I emphasize a balanced approach that integrates breath control, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques. Whether you are looking to enhance your physical flexibility, improve mental clarity, or explore the benefits of pranayama and meditation, my classes are designed to cater to diverse needs and levels.

In addition to traditional yoga practices, I offer specialized sessions in face yoga, where we use targeted exercises to enhance facial tone and promote relaxation, as well as in mudras and pressure points, which can help in channeling energy and relieving stress.

My background as a Bharatanatyam dancer further enriches my teaching. This classical Indian dance form instills a profound sense of discipline, grace, and rhythmic awareness, which I weave into my yoga practice to offer a unique and holistic experience. Through the fusion of dance and yoga, I aim to create a space where physical movement becomes a form of artistic expression and inner exploration.
