First of all, you have to find out what interests you. Any skill that you are not interested in will not yield the desired results. After that, practice it daily. For example, if you want to develop personal skills like communication skills, you should talk to as many people as you can. You can read books on effective communication. You can also refer to online articles as well as videos. Any skill development requires consistency. Be consistent and practise daily to achieve results. I hope this helps!
