IdentityI “Amrish Sheth” is in this field since 20 years. In our gym, we give training for weight loss, weight gain, fitness, height increase etc. We also have trainers who train people in floor act, dance aerobics, yoga, stick aerobics and cardio.
The atmosphere is very pleasant and peaceful for the workout. We provide excellent services and co-operation to all our members. We provide accurate training as needed by the member.
We also guide member in their diet according to their age. We take their full body measurements and give them proper guidance for their overall growth. According to their daily routine, we prepare schedules for them to perform the exercise. Monthly checkups are also done in our gym.
