Throughout my 30+ year career, I have had the privilege of working in diverse domains, including BPO, ERP, CRM, BSS, OSS, Telecom, Billing, Provisioning, GIS, Single Window Service, Healthcare Inspection Systems, offshore service automation, development control regulation systems.

From my early days in the waterfall framework to embracing Agile methodologies, I have acquired a deep understanding of both traditional and modern operation & project management practices. This knowledge has allowed me to lead teams to deliver exceptional results, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Last one decade, I have been heading the PMO and Delivery management of Software and Services.

I am PMP certified and has been AGILE practiioner for many years and has been hand holding many people to understand the concept of Project Management from fundamentals with industry examples.
