I believe in strengthening of body and mind at the same time. I prefer teaching traditional ways of Martial Arts for improving physical fitness. Talent hunting, exercises based on age group and encouraging people to follow the routine are part of my training techniques. I am in sports industry for 20+ years as coach and as athelete also.
