IdentityBrinda Yoga Classes are just classes not an institute so we donâ??t provide certificates. The students can learn Iyenger yoga , Ashtang yoga , Power yoga , Surya Namashkara and total body workouts , weight loss , inch loss etc.
The class is situated in a huge basement of a womanâ??s hospital; . The classes are equipped with several ACâ??s too , several equippments are used to do the Iyenger and Ashtang yoga.
Every day in a week is a form of yoga like floor exercise , standing exercise , Iyenger etc. We also teach western forms such as Planks , Pilates , Dumbells etc.
