He is a Senior Industry Expert, Business Growth Consultant, Business & Leadership Coach, Corporate Trainer and a Keynote Speaker. He strongly believes “learning is a lifelong journey”.

For more than 22 years, he has closely worked with broad range of industry sectors like textile manufacturing, BPO, exports, real estate, media, electronics, pharmaceuticals, education and Food & Hospitality drawing upon a career at various levels of business leadership positions including factory administration, international marketing, sales and marketing, product and service development, operations. Some of the most important portfolios he has handled are Strategic Business Planning and Execution, Multi Unit Operations, Export Management, Operational Design and Integration, Public Presentations, Mass Marketing, Public and Government Relations, Sales Forecasting & Administration, Marketing and Sales Strategy, Quality Control, New Market Development, Product Design and Development, Staff Training and Development, Customer Acquisition and Retentions, Business Growth Strategy etc.,

Through in-house workshops and public presentations Pankaj has addressed more than 50000 people to help them live better personal and professional life.

Pankaj holds an MBA from The M. S. University of Baroda. He then pursued “Business Growth Strategy” from India's Most Prestigious Management Institute, The Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad. He added another feather in cap by certifying as "Digital Marketing” from India's another prestigious Management Institute, The Indian Institute of Management – Kashipur. He is also “Lead Without Title (LWT)" certified from Lead Without a Title Global Inc., a Robin Sharma Company. During the year 2017 Google bestowed him as a "Strong Performer" globally during GOMC-2017.

Besides his professional career and global academics, he was also associated with local and national industry associations like Baroda Management Association as a 'Co-opted Member' during 2003-2004, at a very young age of only 28 years and with the "BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry" for promoting resources. BRICS is a joint initiative of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.

He participated actively in the International Children Festival (1989) and International Youth Festival (1990) organized by BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha and won several credentials at the age of 15 years. He is an active volunteer in the BAPS PR Department.
