Fitness isn’t just about physical exertion; it’s about finding balance, and I believe this meditation moment allows my students to connect with themselves and leave the session feeling calm and refreshed. I am fortunate to teach a diverse group of ladies from various parts of the world, including a wonderful group from the Netherlands. Each session is tailored to the needs and preferences of my students, and I offer both Zumba and dance classes, allowing students the freedom to choose which type of session they would like to opt for next. Zumba, in particular, is a perfect fusion of fitness and dance, which makes it ideal for those looking to lose weight while having fun. It's one of the best cardio workouts out there, and it not only helps manage weight but also improves flexibility and endurance. I mix different styles and incorporate various props—anything that my students have available to them—to keep the sessions engaging and fresh.
