As I worked as a principal in two different playschool I always focus on inclusive education. So I used to take admissions of the children with Autism, ADHD or any learning disabilities. Being a psychologist and a special educator I personally took their sessions and gave priorities to their holistic development. Recently also I am taking sessions of the special children and working on their fine motor, gross motor , cognitive and oral motor development, their pre writing skills, conceptual thinking and writing ability. We give focus on conceptual understanding rather than bookish knowledge. Being a teacher with 12 years of experience I always priorities the quality and equality of education over grading and mark system.
