Am a chemistry professor with 37 years of teaching chemistry , have been involved in teaching all levels of classes from 11th, 12th, BSc and MSc Chemistry in DAV College. Thankful to God , have been involved in shaping the careers of thousands of students till date which also includes the entrance exam teaching for MBBS and Btech exams. students have secured very good ranks in national and state level exams for the past so many years.

My son, in standard 1, can grasp everything but doesn't have the patience to sit for a minute in one place. How to make him learn patience?

He seems to have good skills to acquire knowledge and skills, be a little more supportive, help him channel the energy he has, and make things more interesting to him. Get him multiple small sessions of study if he is not able to give a long session.
