Q1. When and how did you start as a painting teacher? After completing the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree, I started my teaching career in 2013 as a hobby with three students. Gradually the strength of students increased and today I have a student base of 100. I teach them sketching, watercolour/acrylic/oil painting, etc. Q2. What skills are required to become a painting teacher? One should have an immense passion for teaching. Also, customisation should be made in learning techniques depending on the student’s ability and learning curve. Giving personal attention to students increases their interest in learning and also builds confidence in them. Q3. What do you think makes you stand out from other painting teachers on UrbanPro.com?
