Q1. When and how did you start as an Automation trainer?
Ans: I started delivering Automation Training from the year 2008 when I was with NICT as a Technical Trainer. Then, I got the opportunity to explore high-end Automation tools and frameworks from 2011 and started working as a Corporate Trainer in Wipro - TT.
Q2. What skills are required to become an Automation trainer?
Ans: To become an Automation Trainer, we need to be good at basic test design skills and sound logic building skills. We should also have good knowledge of the respective script or program for the Automation tool and automation framework design, with best-practices coding standards.

Ans: My 11 years of industrial training experience as a Corporate Trainer with different clients has helped me gather the core training requirements.
