Switching up career after 8 years is a big threshold that you have to cross don't get it hucked on you by taking some advance courses which can make it worse,
The best would be from Senior Analyst, try to Opt Report Management, Presentation Skills & Team Handling skills where then You may be able to apply for Team Leader Operations in same domain.
As said you already have driven 8 years in a domain, the knowledge which you can share in that domain will be best than rest. So think positive been in that.

When looking to switch your job, listen to yourself. What companies/industries excite you? Make a list. Learn more about them.
When you have a solid idea about where you want to go, talk to people in the industry Who can you talk to who works in it? Send them a note. Take them out to coffee. If you don't know anyone in the industry, who in your network does?
In the meantime, what can you do on the side to make yourself more better to an employer that demonstrates that you're passionate about the industry? Start a blog? Create a project? Take initiative in a way that you're comfortable with and that interests you.
Don't get overwhelmed. Take little steps each day. It will add up and give you momentum. You're on your way.
