What is the best way to get fluent in english?

It is a big misconception among non-native speakers that you have to learn all the grammar tools, attend lectures, or do those sorts of things to get fluent in English. My experience as a spoken English tutor tells me that the answer lies in the fact that languages are learnt best, not by cramming all the grammar rules and learning lists of vocabulary words. Still, something much more straightforward and exciting- watch English movies and listen to people talk in English.
To back my opinion, consider a toddler around you; she doesn't know her native language's grammar or what the word itself means. Still, she listens to people around her speak the language and eventually learns to speak the language very fluently, with no mistakes in her grammar either. The same goes for us adults. When you have heard so many sentences in English, you will automatically know what is correct and what isn't. Even though professional English tutors rely on this technique only, we don't need to check the grammar is correct or not by matching with the rules. When we listen to a sentence, we automatically know the mistake because the part is not making a sentence.

We overthink before speaking, we have studied English for 15 years in school. We know English; it's there in subconscious. Just look for the ways n patterns to project it by emulating your Idol speakers. Your brain knows English but your jaws, vocal cords, etc. are not well accustomed to English. To speak more, read aloud. Don't be afraid of making mistakes; think less act more. It works pretty well. Be consistent.

It would help if you watched more English web series/movies with subtitles. With the help of subtitles, you will learn to speak and develop meaningful expressions while communicating. Most of the non-native speakers practice this method and enhance their English Speaking Skills. It is the only strategy anyone can have to create the best English-speaking environment around themselves.

1. Practice speaking in English on a daily basis.

2. Watch TV shows primarily news channels and read newspapers.

3. Listen to podcasts or English conversations in order to improve diction and fluency 

4. having basic knowledge of English grammar also helps in developing speaking skills 

5. do not hesitate or feel reluctant while conversing.

• Watch English cartoons like Peppa pig to work on the accent.
• To read newsletters, English books
• To listen to rhymes and speeches

There are many proven ways to get fluent in English. But what I usually suggest to learners if you don't have anyone to speak can talk to yourself on any topic you wish to. Record the same & watch after a while. This will help you to understand and get fluent in this foreign language.
