First and foremost,
1. Start thinking in English, stop forming sentences in your most used language.
2. Don't talk fast, try to be fluent and slow. This will give you time to think and talk, hence chances of making mistakes is less.
3. Tell yourself that you can speak as well as others, but basic grammar has to be up-to-date.
4. Slow speed with clear pronounciation and firm statements will help make your speech much more effective.
Hope this helps.. wishing you success..

Please tell yourself that it's no rocket science. It's just an another language. Like we speak Hindi, punjabi, haryanvi etc and we know that it will take time to be fluent in that language if that's not your mother tounge. So there is nothing to be ashamed of. Try to listen the English language, eg English conversation, movies, seri se etc. And after some time you will feel confident. So stay calm don't panic.
