earthmoving equipment, Heavy, Medium and light Commercial Trucks, Material Handling machines. I have in depth knowledge in technical and general
management, strategic planning, operations control, with hands on experience in the field of automobile like Weichai Engines, CATERPILLAR, Hyundai, TEREX,
DEMAG, KOMATSU, CASE, JCB, SANY, XCMG and HITACHI, Construction, Material Handling, Mining, Earthmoving , Paving Equipment , FAW, MAN,
SCANIA off and on high way Trucks and also in Light and Medium Vehicles. Managed a Group of Managers and Engineers in Service and Parts Operations, and
conducted, about 650, Technical Training programs. Met the end-users of the machines to satisfy them in all aspects viz. After sales service, before failure
analysis, 85% availability of the machine, etc. to avoid the breakdown of the machine and to improve the customer satisfaction. Met the requirement of Service
Excellence Program and extended the co-operation for the 6 SIGMA project.
