IdentityA yoga practitioner who wants to spread the deep and all encompassing experience of 'Yog' which has lately got restricted to Aasan (exercise), Pranayam (Breathing exercises) and Meditation.
The sessions can be aligned to specifically aim to help you reach your goals. The goals can Physical (weight loss, posture correction and more), Physiological (Blood Pressure, Sugar Level control and other lifestyle ailments) or Psychological (Anger/Stress/Anxiety Management or Traumas).
As a student, the intent will be to guide you to a fuller and blissful life beyond your goals. This will be done through Yoga and Counseling.
Though the sessions will almost all be done on a yoga mat, the goal is to help you take it to your "Life Beyond The Mat".
