"I have very bad experience with Mr. Bipin. He is not trusted person. Neither return my fees Rs.20000 nor marksheet/certificate though i had given prior information cannot continue academic year. I have done lot of request and phone calls , but not attending any call no as well no reply on whatsup. Request to all be careful while doing deal with him. I request to superior if someone is there to take corrective measures on it. "
