Student can take up a job with any organization in the Gems and Jewellery sector as a CAD Designer. Depending upon each one's aptitude, experience and ability to market themselves, one can even move up to head the CAD/CAM department. Also, after gathering enough experience in the industry, one can start freelancing in CAD, start their CAD/CAM designing studio or become a CAD/CAM instructor in a training institute.
