"Pathetic is the word that comes to my mind when I think of this place. I had heard that the earlier lecturer for IELTS was good. However, the new one is horrible. She pronounces 'CRUX' as 'CROOKS'. If you ask her a question, she will never give a proper answer. If you complain about this to higher authorities, he will hit back at you saying that a person should know the art of getting relevant answers from teachers. Out of 2 hours lectures, she wastes nearly 45 minutes in talking about her daughter and another 10-15 minutes about her dogs and her family. She is thoroughly unprofessional. She comes at 11:30 for a lecture scheduled at 11:00. She delivers 70-80% of IELTS curriculum in Marathi. "
