I am a trained and qualified Hindustani vocal music teacher. Have been giving offline/online lessons for over 4 years. I have been under the tutelage of Vidhushi Tulika Ghosh, daughter of the veteran musician Pandit Nikhil Ghosh. I started learning Indian classical music from reputed music institutes like Bhatkhande Vishwavidyalaya, Gandharva Mahavidyalaya and Prayag Sangeet Samiti.

While teaching, my focus is to build the foundation of my students in Indian classical music. To keep my students interested in the depth classical music, I also blend components from genres, like semi classical and light Bollywood music, ghazal and bhajans. Some of my students like dividing the one hour class into different sections according to their interests and learning requirements. Modern music undoubtedly has a strong western influence. I help my students with western vocal exercises to help them be a confident singer for all audiences.

I have been one of the top contestants in a singing reality show on Star Bharat. As a graded artist with All India Radio, I have performed in front of the honorable PM and other cabinet ministers of India. I also have a large Youtube following where I post original songs and cover versions of songs I love. I have done multiple song recordings and stage shows for various organizations and professional orchestras.
