If teaching is offline: Make him sit in a place that he usually likes. For example, a place where toys are generally kept. Or surround his study area with learning materials so he can be busy with learning/playing with them and engrossed, and at the same time, he can grasp things that are taught to him.

If teaching is online on a smartphone/laptop etc.: then some guardian, who has patience (usually a mother or whoever he is attached more) has to sit with him and understand the things taught and make him sit at same place initially and teach him whatever he does not understand. Once things improve, a guardian can reduce the sitting time with him during online classes, and once the kid develops interest, he can attend online classes on his own. Then the guardian work would be just to start and stop the device on which the kid is learning.
